Please be assured that if we do not have a qualified process server in the area to be served we will give you this information up front so that you make the correct decision for your client!  We have a full network of process servers, but there are some areas that are so remote that we have to locate someone outside of our network.

Attention Future Clients:   We do not accept your job and then attempt to find the cheapest process server to complete it.  That is not quality service.  All work is completed by competent, licensed, professional process servers that have been screened and are within our network.  We care about the quality and integrity of your job.  Superior Service and Confidentiality is paramount to us.  We care about our work and that is why our customers come back time and time again. 

We complete all work according to the industry's strictest standards of reliance, integrity, honesty and due diligence.  We have never been sued.  We have never had an affidavit quashed.  If we make a mistake, we will diligently work to instantly correct it at no cost to you.  If we go to the wrong address, or something is served incorrectly, we will serve it again without any cost to you and do it on a priority basis.

Services Included:

•  Diligent inquiry of defendant.

•  Pictures of address attempted and of defendant (when possible)

•  Multiple attempts over 3 to 4 days, includes one early morning, one evening and one Saturday.

•  We are experienced at serving papers from all over the country.  As members of NAPPS, we have the rules for service of process for all 50 states available to us.  We will serve your papers according to the rules of the state of origin, or Florida rules when requested.

•  We will serve your Federal District Court summons or subpoena according to the rules of the underlying state and in accordance with the Federal Civil Rules for Service of Process.

•  We will attempt to obtain a signature from the recipient of the documents.  We will always get a description of the recipient. 

• We take a picture at every job served (under normal conditions).

•  We will prepare and execute a notarized proof of service and promptly return to you.

•  If we are unable to locate the defendant, we will attempt to locate a good 2nd address and then we will call you for approval.  Your fee to serve at the 2nd address is $75.00 plus miles if applicable.

•  For RUSH service, we will accept your electronic PDF or Word document with advance payment via PAY PAL.  You do not need an account to pay via Pay Pal. All you need is a credit card and you will be directed to the Pay Pal secure site for payment processing.  Rush fee and Pay Pal convenience fee of $5.00 per $100.00 of service applies.

• Court filings.  We will file your papers the same day in certain areas of the country, but in many remote areas the filing will be guaranteed within 3 days from the receipt of the documents, so if received on a Monday, your documents will be filed by Thursday. 

• Subpoena domestication. We require the original Commission and/or a certified copy of the court order.  You must also send us 3 subpoenas from your district - unsigned and undated - with a separate check made out to the Clerk of the Court for $2.00.  Please send any applicable witness fees.

Instructions/ What you need to do:

•  Send us your request in writing, including person to be served, best address, description and/or picture, and your information.

•  Enclose a check for the fees, or if you are a private person, a personal money order, made out to "11th Hour Corp."

•  Enclose 3 complete copies of the papers, one is our file copy which will be shredded in 2 years. Place a sticky note or clearly instruct us as to which summons gets served.  Each state is different - please clearly specify if we are to serve the copy and return the original or serve the original and return the copy.

•  Please clearly state the type of service you request.  If it can only be served on the individual (and not substitute served) you must clearly state "Personal Service only - No substitute service"

•  Please do not assume we remember all the details of our phone conversation.  All specifications must be in writing to ensure we correctly and promptly serve your papers.  Include all specifications with your order.

•  Fax:  We will accept a fax from a Law Office or Process Server providing you fax a copy of the check or a "Promise to Pay" and include the exact amount of the agreed upon fee in the promise to pay.  Your office must be able to be verified before we will accept a fax - we worry about SPAM.

•  E-Mail.  We will accept a PDF or WORD document via e-mail from a Law Office or Process Server providing you pay in advance using the Pay Pal secure site. You do not need to be a member of Pay Pal in order to use this service.   For some clients, a credit card is not possible and then you must include a copy of the check or a "Promise to Pay" and include the exact amount of the fee in the promise to pay in the body of your e-mail. Your office must be able to be verified before we will open your download - we worry about SPAM and VIRUSES.

•  E-Mail and FAX service of process must include one of the following methods of payment - a) Payment at the secure Pay Pal site (you will be sent a payment link and there is a fee of $5.00 per $100.00 charged) b) a copy of the check and it  must be mailed the same day or the next day ordered, c)  a "Promise to Pay" in the body of the fax or the e-mail including the total amount of the quoted fees and the check mailed as soon as authorized, but within 30 days or d) we will bill an attorney's office if you provide us with a purchase order or some other authorization and promise of prompt payment.

•  Payment by pro-se must be in advance by a United States Money Order or by Pay Pal.  All payments from Canada must be in United States Dollars.  Our US banks charge $40.00 for handling your checks.

•  We will return your documents via "Snail Mail".  If you want it sooner, please include your UPS or FED EX number.

•  PLEASE DO NOT SEND US CERTIFIED MAIL OR REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AS THIS MAY SLOW DOWN RECEIPT AND SERVICE OF YOUR DOCUMENTS.  We are not always in the office.  Your documents will be safely left in our office even when we are not here to sign for them.  If you need to track your documents, you can do this via Express Mail, Fed Ex and UPS without requiring us to sign for them. Remember to always waive the signature to ensure prompt receipt & service of your papers.  You can still track your package online even if a signature is not requested you will still know when it was delivered.
